Try Kicking It This Way

For starters, I have to admit that footwear has never been my area of expertise.  As much as I enjoy a new pair of shoes, boots, slides, et cetera, the limited amount of sizes makes it a bit of a struggle.  Believe it or not trying to find a comfortable 14E is not an easy task, nearly impossible if trying to do so in a store.  Enter, Zappos.
Over the last few years the people at Zappos have worked to try and create one of the largest, easiest, and cheapest online shoe stores.  And as of now, I have to say that Zappos has accomplished all three.
When I say accomplished, I say it with confidence.  With regard to them being the largest shoe store, I think you can trust me.  Especially considering the competition has just under 12,000 Men’s shoes, compare this to Zappos who carries 6,600 in size 14 alone.  Switch a more common size, say a Women’s 7, and you will find over 46,000 different shoes, pumps, wedges, flats, boots, and then some.
Now, I know easiest may be questionable.  After all, Zappos makes you pay for shipping costs and you only have 14 days to return your items.  Yeah right, Zappos offers free shipping both ways and you can return them within 365 days.  Doesn’t get much easier than that, except for the frequent offers they have for free upgraded shipping to 2-Day and 1-Day shipping.
Lastly, Zappos is one of the cheapest shoes stores.  This one is actually debatable as Zappos carries a 110% Price Protection where as Shoes.com has a 15% Price Guarantee.  Try and tell me they were not thinking about how to one up Zappos on that one.
While I am not trying to steer anyone away from the pleasantries that come with trying shoes on in stores, or actually holding them for that matter.  however, if you have problems finding your size, style, or price I strongly recommend them.  And if you find another site that compares to Zappos, please let me know.
